We have been serving as a couple in East Asia for more than two years. While learning the culture and adjusting to our life in this new location, we have gotten to know many local friends and like-minded people, through serving together and providing mutual support.

Initially we had thought of opening a coffee shop, but our Heavenly Father did not open that door for us. Instead, He led us to a business project based on the concept of Sustainable Development Goals (SDG). In early 2024, we met a Hong Kong SDG service team. After some exchanges and discussions, we tried exploring some business collaboration opportunities. Eventually, through a couple on the same journey as us, we met a number of people from ethnic minorities who make their living growing coffee beans. After praying, we started preparing for the project of planting, processing and selling the coffee beans. We can now see how our Heavenly Father led us to meet different partners, so that we can glorify His holy name through this SDG-guided coffee bean business. May our Heavenly Father continue to guide in promoting this project in 2025. Thanks be to the Lord!
